Rev. Oghene'tega Swann is the founding pastor of Refreshing Springs Ministry, Aliquippa. Her academic qualifications include: a Bachelor of Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria; a Master of Religion in Church Ministry & Missiology from Trinity School for Ministry, Ambridge, Pa.; and an ongoing Doctor of Ministry in Missional Leadership at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Pittsburgh Pa. 
Rev. Swann believes in and practices egalitarian and holistic spirituality and is strongly committed to advocacy for the marginalized and disenfranchised in our communities.
