Founded in Maryland in 2004 by Rev. Oghene’tega Swann, Refreshing Springs Ministry is a developmentally inclusive, education-driven spiritual community committed to holistic empowerment.
RSM operates at the intersection of theology, philosophy, economics, and sociology — integrating multiple disciplines to cultivate learning, growth, and transformation. We are not limited to devotional spirituality; we engage faith as a framework for intellectual development and socioeconomic advancement.
