Pastor TegaRev. Tega Swann is a Nigerian-American and missionary pastor. She is the founding pastor and Teaching Elder of Refreshing Springs Ministry, Aliquippa & Ambridge, a validated ministry of the Beaver-Butler Presbytery (PCUSA). Her academic qualifications include: a Bachelor of Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria; a Master of Religion in Church Ministry & Missiology from Trinity School for Ministry, Ambridge, Pa.; and an ongoing Doctor of Ministry in Missional Leadership at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Pittsburgh Pa..
Rev. Swann believes in and practices Christian ecumenicity, and is strongly committed to advocacy for the marginalized and disenfranchised in our communities. She also provides support and encouragement for single mothers through a weekly video cast "God's Grace for Single Mothers" (on YouTube & Facebook) and is one of the founding leaders of CBE-Voices of Color, a chapter of Christians for Biblical Equality International (CBE International). She has the distinguished privilege of being mother to one wonderful child. |
